Rental Rules of Studio "POSITIVE FILM"
Booking
- Photo/Video studio "POSITIVE FILM" accepts reservations 24/7 only through the studio's website.
- The reservation is automatically canceled after 24 hours, if you have not made a prepayment.
- You will receive payment details by email after booking.
Cancellation
- You can cancel your reservation no later than 48 hours in advance. If you cancel the order or move the time / date of the order in less than 48 hours, the studio reserves the right to withhold 100% of the prepayment cost.
General rules
- By booking a studio, you accept the terms of renting a photo studio.
- Before using the studio, we ask you to familiarize yourself with the rental rules and check the serviceability of the equipment. Immediately inform the administrator in case of problems with the devices.
- The beginning of the rental of a photo studio is the time stated in the order, and not the time of the actual appearance of the photographer in the studio. Being late for shooting does not reduce the overall cost of services.
- The end of the booting time is the time when the tenant leaves the studio.
- A visit to the photo studio is possible only in changeable shoes, in the absence of which the renter will be forced to use the sterile shoes (shoe covers) provided by us.
- If the number of people who take part in the filming process during the rented hours is 6-11, the rental price increases by 25% and with the number of 12-20 people - by 50% + 250 UAH. For cleaning services.
- At the end of the booking time , the administrator checks the serviceability of the studio equipment.
- In case of damage, the renter is obliged to pay the cost of the damaged equipment.
- The rental price includes the use of used paper backgrounds with possible natural contamination.
- Damage, damage or irreversible contamination of backgrounds are paid at the rate of 210 UAH per running meter.
- Any changes with backgrounds are performed only in the presence of an administrator.

- Leave the Studio in the same form in which it was leased to you. In case of trash the studio - cleaning services are paid - 250 UAH.
- If shooting is carried out in the style of "nude", then the model taking part in the shooting must provide a document that confirms her +18. In the absence of a document or refusal to show, the administration may refuse to rent or rent premises.
